How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and insulation, along with expedited shipping methods, to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition regardless of the weather.
Are Godiva chocolates suitable for those with nut allergies?
All of our products are manufactured on shared equipment. While many items do not contain nuts as an ingredient, there is a risk of cross-contamination. Please check individual product labels for specific allergen information.
Do you offer Kosher-certified products?
Yes, a wide selection of Godiva chocolates are OU-D Kosher certified. Look for the Kosher symbol on the product pages or the back of the packaging.
What is the shelf life of Godiva chocolates?
To enjoy the peak flavor and texture, we recommend consuming our truffles and pralines within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Solid chocolate bars can last up to 6 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a complimentary gift message that will be printed on a card and included in your shipment.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact customer service for a replacement or refund.
